   Meeting for parliamentarians participating in the annual HLPF session. Entitled Gender equality and health: fast forwarding progress, the Parliamentary Forum will focus on two Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that are under review at the 2025 HLPF, namely, SDG 3, on health and wellbeing for all, and SDG 5, on gender equality and empowerment of women and girls. This session organized by the United Nations Institute for Trainings and Research (UNITAR) and UN DESA will focus on advancing capacities and providing learning opportunities to support the HLPF 2025 theme: " Advancing sustainable, inclusive, science- and evidence-based solutions for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its Sustainable Development Goals for leaving no one behind ". The Opening Segment will feature a multisectoral panel consisting of representatives from the UN, Civil Service Organizations, Private Sector, and Academia, to speak about Sustainable, Inclusive, and Evidence-Based Solutions in their respective fields.
