Advancing SDG 6 in the ECE Region: Achievements, Opportunities and Future Pathways – On the Road to the 2026 UN Water Conference. This round table will bring together a variety of stakeholders on the road to the SDG 6 review at the 2026 High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development and the global UN 2026 Water Conference. The overarching objective of is to discuss regional priorities across the six Interactive Dialogues of the Water Conference, share success stories and exchange on the next steps at regional level to accelerate the achievement of SDG 6. The session thereby serves as a regional preparatory event for the 2026 UN Water Conference. Globally, the region stands as one of the most advanced regions when it comes to achieving SDG 6 on water and sanitation for all. However, challenges remain, and further efforts need to be made. Ministerial Roundtable 7 : Towards resilient, sustainable and inclusive supply chains and trade logistics and  Global Commodities Forum 2025 . The 16th session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD16) takes place from 20 to 23 October 2025 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, with the theme "Shaping the future: Driving economic transformation for equitable, inclusive and sustainable development". This round table will explore the importance of building adaptive capacity and strengthening disaster resilience. LLDCs are particularly vulnerable to climate change due to their reliance on climate-sensitive sectors such as agriculture and water resources. This round table will explore the importance of building adaptive capacity and strengthening disaster resilience. There will be a focus on increasing access to climate finance, developing early warning systems, and implementing disaster risk reduction strategies. The session will emphasize the need for international support in financing climate adaptation and renewable energy projects to help LLDCs build resilience against environmental challenges.
