   The 3 by 35 Initiative of the World Health Organization aims to revitalize and scale up the use of health taxes to reduce reliance on external aid and strengthen domestic financing for health and development priorities. This effort is expected to reduce consumption of harmful products while mobilizing an additional US$1 trillion in public revenue globally over the next decade.
