Opening Unlocking means of implementation: Mobilizing financing and STI for the SDGs (Townhall meeting). - How can countries and stakeholders advance a coherent framework for financing the SDGs? - What are the key outcomes from the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4) which can be addressed in the short-term? - How can promising science and technology solutions for the SDGs be scaled up? The 2025 High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) will be held from Monday, July 14th, to Wednesday, July 23rd, under the auspices of the Economic and Social Council. This includes the three-day ministerial segment of the forum from Monday, 21 July, to Wednesday, 23 July 2025, as part of the High-level Segment of ECOSOC.
