SPA Initiative Announcements: Climate-Resilient Social Protection and Smallholder Agriculture Finance Partnership & Integrated Finance For SDG 1 & 2 - 4th International Conference on Financing for Development FFD4


The partnership brings together a coalition of partners under the Global Alliance Against Hunger and Poverty, co-chaired by Brazil and Spain.The Partnership will mobilize and align climate and anti-poverty finance, foster coordination among stakeholders, and support knowledge exchange.

The G20 Task Force highlighted the need to reduce the high transaction costs caused by fragmented aid for SDGs 1 and 2. To address this, guests will highlight a more integrated financing mechanism to streamline support for low- and middle-income countries.
