SPA Initiative Announcement: Scaling Capital for Sustainable Development - 4th International Conference on Financing for Development FFD4.

 

SCALED - Scaling Capital for Sustainable Development, is a multi-stakeholder initiative initiated by a group of governments and private institutional investors. SCALED aims at overcoming structural challenges in blended finance and mobilizing large-scale private capital for SDG-aligned investment in emerging markets and developing countries.
