An Outcome for Action Press Conference - 4th International Conference on Financing for Development FFD4.


The outcome document of the FFD4 Conference - Compromiso de Sevilla - calls on UNCDF to work with Least Developed Countries as an early-stage provider of catalytic concessional first-loss capital and de-risk investment for private capital mobilization.

UNCDF and country representatives explain why this is a significant moment for development action at scale in LDCs and countries in 'special situations', including Small Island Development States and fragile or conflict situations.
