Empowered Women, Inclusive Economies: Catalyzing Sustainable Futures at the HLPF 2025 (HLPF 2025 Side Event).
This side-event aims to address barriers faced by women and youth in all their diversity in accessing and equally benefitting from labour markets and entrepreneurial avenues.
It will also highlight the role of inclusive trade, showcasing initiatives aiming to foster regional trade to contribute to sustainable development.
Discussions at the event will explore policies, institutional and multi-stakeholder strategies to advance SDGs 5 and 8, ensuring productive employment, decent work and equal pay for work of equal value.
