The Local2030 Coalition Special Event at the 2025 HLPF will spotlight how local action is accelerating progress on the six SDG transitions of the 2030 Agenda. Reporting on the High Impact Initiative (HII) on Localization, the session will showcase localization as a driver of systemic transformation through multilevel collaboration, policy alignment, and inclusive participation. It will highlight concrete solutions with local impact, fostering enabling environments, innovative financing, and partnerships advancing global milestones toward 2030.

The 4th International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4) will be held in Sevilla, Spain, from 30 June to 3 July 2025. The Conference will bring together global leaders and key stakeholders to accelerate action and partnerships to finance sustainable development and achieve the SDGs. The opening will mark the official launch of the Conference and set the tone for a week of high-level engagement and dialogue.
