This 75-minute event will focus on the current landscape of clean energy development in the Global South and foster productive dialogue around the challenges and opportunities that are faced. It will convene a multi-disciplinary cohort of leaders from government, academia, and civil society to discuss key themes of:
- How to create lasting, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth in the region through clean energy development,-
 How to create full and productive employment opportunities, and- How to strengthen cooperation between regional and international partners.

The 4th International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4) will be held in Sevilla, Spain, from 30 June to 3 July 2025. The Conference will bring together global leaders and key stakeholders to accelerate action and partnerships to finance sustainable development and achieve the SDGs. The opening will mark the official launch of the Conference and set the tone for a week of high-level engagement and dialogue.
