Side Event of the 2025 High Level Political Forum on SDGs: Keeping up the momentum for Agenda 2030.
The side event will serve as a platform to present and discuss India's recent innovations, strategies, and achievements in advancing the SDGs. It will also be an opportunity to learn from the good practices of other countries in the Global South. It will bring together policymakers, development practitioners, international partners, and thought leaders to explore five thematic areas that exemplify India's integrated and inclusive approach to sustainable development. Through presentations, panel
discussions, and knowledge-sharing, the event will highlight how convergence of government schemes, localisation of SDGs, digital public infrastructure, climate leadership, and South-South cooperation are driving transformative change. The session aims to foster dialogue, share best practices, and identify opportunities for collaboration to accelerate SDG implementation globally. The discussions will also
delve into the role of youth, in India and elsewhere, as both changemakers and drivers of growth and innovation.
