Where Evidence Meets Action: Country Dialogues Leading Collective Accountability on Development Co-Operation (Fin4Dev Dialogues).


Global Partnership for Effective Development Co-operation (GPEDC) side event of the Forum on Financing for Development Follow-Up.

This 2026 FfD Forum side event, hosted by the Co-Chairs of the Global Partnership for Effective Development Co-operation (DRC, Indonesia, Sweden, CPDE) together with Ireland, Mexico, the Republic of Korea, Zambia and UNU, will showcase how countries are taking the leap from evidence to action for more effective development co-operation. More specifically, countries will share how they are living up to their FfD4 commitments using fresh results from the GPEDC monitoring exercise, identifying persistent gaps, and coordinating across actors in country to translate evidence into policy recommendations for accelerated SDG action.

Opening & First Plenary Meeting - 4th International Conference on Financing for Development FFD4.

The 4th International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4) will be held in Sevilla, Spain, from 30 June to 3 July 2025. The Conference will bring together global leaders and key stakeholders to accelerate action and partnerships to finance sustainable development and achieve the SDGs. The opening will mark the official launch of the Conference and set the tone for a week of high-level engagement and dialogue.
